From a position near the Donetsk water filtration station east of Avdiivka between 09:42 and 11:55hrs the SMM observed 26 undetermined explosions and small-arms fire 3-5km south-west. Positioned in Avdiivka between 09:42 and 10:07hrs the SMM heard 12 explosions assessed to have been automatic grenade launcher shots in areas 4-6km south-west. From the same location between 13:10 and 13:26hrs, the SMM saw and heard eight incoming 120mm mortar explosions and 30 bursts of small-arms fire approximately 3km east.
In the Avdiivka industrial zone (“Promzona”) the SMM saw human remains and a destroyed truck and approximately six pieces of unexploded ordnance (UXO) on the road. A Ukrainian Armed Forces officer from the Joint Centre for Control and Co-ordination (JCCC) told the SMM that the truck and its two passengers had been hit by artillery on 20 March. The SMM observed a military medical team recover the remains. At 11:10hrs, the SMM heard an explosion approximately 150m from its position, assessed as an impact from a 73mm recoilless gun.
In “DPR”-controlled areas, the SMM moved its observation points throughout the day from Kashtanove (13km north-east of Donetsk) to different parts of Yasynuvata due to security considerations. Positioned in these areas between 13:10 and 13:45hrs the SMM recorded at least 300 undetermined explosions from 82mm mortars, automatic grenade launchers, rocket-propelled grenades and unknown weapons as well as multiple bursts of small-arms fire in areas 1-5km west and south-west.
Две группы ОБСЕшников сидели и в Авдеевке и в Ясиноватой. Слышали много взрывов. Те, кто в Авдеевке, прямо входящие 120мм миномётные удары слышали, днём. В Ясиноватой ОБСЕшники отодвинулись в другой район, ради безопасности, и оттуда слышали 300 взрывов.
В "промзоне" какой-то грузовик с двумя пассажирами был подорван артиллерией ещё в воскресенье, люди убиты, ОБСЕшники наблюдали эвакуацию тел.
In a government-controlled part of Zaitseve (50km north-east of Donetsk), the SMM and accompanying Ukrainian Armed Forces officers from the JCCC heard the sound of two bullets, one striking the ground 3-4m away, while the second hit a pole approximately 10m away. The SMM could not assess the direction of fire. The SMM immediately left the area.
Из Зайцево ОБСЕшников спугнули. Кто-то. Они шли в сопровождении украинца из "центра координации", и вдруг просвистели пули в 3-4 метрах.
При этом ещё какие-то ОБСЕшники продолжают ездить по складам и "проверять отведённое оружие".
Что за идиотский мартышкин труд?! Зачем? Иди в Авдеевку и посмотри, что там стреляет, какая разница, что на складах!
